Northern Shoveler
Duck prints will add warmth to your home or office d?cor. This original decoy duck art looks great when custom framed and hung in groups. We have several hung as game room art prints in our own home. Most of the decoy carvings are made from Basswood, but a few have been made from Tupelo and Butternut. The Black Ducks are hunting decoys made from cork.
Northern Shoveler ? (1996)
Known as Spoonbills or Neighbors Mallards, the Shoveler is a filter feeder, using its spoon-like bill to sweep side-to-side along the bottom of muddy flats for food.
Overall size is 2” wider and taller (1” margins on each side).
